When registering a new account and after you have filled out all your details, make sure you check the “Join Muse or Link account” found on the Muse section.
Once you validate the details with an OTP sent to the registered phone number, your muse account would have been successfully linked and you can enjoy point accumulation and redemption on your online purchases.

If you have missed to link your account and would like to add points from your recent order manually, please Contact us and we will add the points to your account.
Please note that points will be redeemable within 30 days from the date of purchase but will be displayed in your overall points accumulated.

Yes, during initial stages of checking out, you can select to redeem your muse points by enabling the “Use all Muse points” option. This will redeem all the muse points accumulated from your account.
